VB Contracts Limited was established in 2001 and continues to grow from strength to strength. Our mission statement is to be "the very best in value building" and we are ideally placed within the central belt of Scotland, we are capable of carrying out work within the whole of Scotland and Northern England. Our principle activity is full subcontract brick and blockwork packages to main contractors, and we have achieved accreditaion to work in partnership with many large established construction companies.
To date, we have been invloved with projects ranging from £50,000 to £4 million, and have successfully completed numerous PFI contracts to programme, where timescales and site restrictions have proven difficult but not insurmountable. |

VB Contracts have been awarded a contract from Miler Construction to provide all brick and blockwork for a new office development at One Waterloo Street, Glasgow.
This major speculative development will provide around 58,000ft² of Grade A office accommodation in the heart of Glasgow city centre. The location is within Glasgow's thriving International Financial Services District and very close to Glasgow Central Station. |
